The interview process begins at your convenience. If a candidate is not the right fit, we provide additional options rather than pushing a compromise.

Finalisation
Once you have chosen your ideal candidate, we facilitate the final steps as per the contract: the offer, the employment agreement and onboarding.

You have completed the process. Now all that is left is to get started. We stay in touch after the start date, and a fair replacement period applies to every placement.
